The aggregate bandwidth a Member is allowed as a free member is 600 MB per month, or 20 MB per day. If the Member exceeds that amount he/she will be given a notice to either upgrade to a paid account if that option is available at such a time, or be notified that the Member's site will be taken down for bandwidth over-usage.

The maximum per-file size is 900,000 Bytes. If you upload any file(s) larger than this limit, the file will be deleted and your account can face termination.

Echooo reserves the right to place advertisements on any/all member pages at any time. Member shall not attempt to defeat such features in any manner. Any conduct that causes a member page to not display Echooo.com advertisements correctly shall be grounds for termination of membership.

You expressly agree that the use of this web site or service is solely at your own risk.

Echooo reserves the right to deactivate or delete any account as it sees fit.
